其它材料(8年前制造的舊半導體晶圓產(chǎn)品原則上均需提供產(chǎn)品彩色圖片/照片;制造年限久的半導體晶圓如在發(fā)運前已經(jīng)維修整理，申請人可提供相關(guān)記錄與證明;進(jìn)口的二手大型成套半導體晶圓需提供半導體晶圓配置圖、工藝流程圖等資料。)

Other materials (old semiconductor wafer products manufactured eight years ago are in principle required to provide color pictures/photos of the products; if the semiconductor wafers manufactured for a long period of time have been repaired before shipment, the applicant can provide relevant records and certificates; imported large second-hand semiconductor wafers need to provide information such as semiconductor wafer configuration diagram, process flow chart, etc.

進(jìn)口用于銷(xiāo)售、租賃或者維修等用途且國家實(shí)施強制性產(chǎn)品認證制度、進(jìn)口質(zhì)量許可管理以及有其他規定要求的舊半導體晶圓產(chǎn)品的，備案申請人申請備案時(shí)必須提供相應的證明文件(復印件)
